I don't smell anything. I'm wondering if I am putting to much demand at lower RPMs. When I hit a hill or something and the RPMs start falling and I push the acceleration a lil more that's when it does it.

Was getting 35s but found out for sure I have the 3.21 ratio by the rpm's at 70.so no bigger tires. Running 30 inch tires right now so I wonder if 33's be OK. I'm cool with how it runs right now. Good acceleration. Will 33's take very much away if I go with a lighter tire? Muds on it right now...

I have that info. It is 3.21 from factory. But with the tag missing on the diff, I'm not positive. Could have fallen off or someone upgraded. Tomorrow I'm going to calculate by the rpm method. The pic looks like the seal is broken. That's where the shafts comes from the tcase.

Actually I was wrong. The tires measure 30 in diameter. I have an issue I found today. The shaft coming from the transfer case to front axle has a problem. Don't know if this is bad or not.
