I also have winch and lights connected to these clamps. Zero issues. In my picture further up you can see my winch disconnect installed.

I got the A12's. With the positive cable, I cut a slit on the oem clamp that's around the end of the cable. I heated up that end and pried the oem clamp off. This will also separate your positive cable into 2 singles. The negative cable had plenty of room to just cut the oem clamp off at the oem...

So is the whole ball joint is still in the pitman arm? If so, did you remove the cotter pin and nut from the top of it and try a ball joint fork to get it out?

I personally have never used them but have seen them in action. I must say, I was impressed. The same trail I was running with 8 psi on beadlocks this dude with a newer Taco was running 8 psi with the Method Bead Grips. The trail rating was a 6 so nothing extreme but not a Sunday drive either.

Splice them together with whatever method you want but I recommend using heat shrink tubing to keep the wires from getting corrosion. Don't just wrap them in electrical tape and call it a day.

This is your best option. The nutzert will work too but does not sit flush with the frame. There is a lip from the nutzert which raises the surface. If you're planning to install A-pillar lights or a light bar you could have trouble getting the holes to line up on the bracket.

The thin square nut on the inside more than likely rusted fast to the torx screw and broke the threads. You are able to gain access once you lay the windshield down. You will have to remove the bracket that hold the windshield upright. Plenty of YouTube videos on how to lay your windshield down...
