Eventually I'm going to get Armorlite for my 2015 JKUR, but after reading up on it, the parts that cover the rear of the seats is less than perfect, and people don't suggest getting it.

So first, does anyone have here have the full Armorlite and can back up or refute those claims.

Second, has anyone found a liner that covers more than just the area behind the rear seats.

This is apparently for a Jeep LIberty and is exactly what I'm looking for. However, beyond cheap tarp like junk on amazon, or really expensive tarp like looking stuff being sold by all the standard places, nobody seems to have made a fitted full cargo with seats down liner. The JL has a few, why not the JK?

I'm ready to just go down the the local Farm store and get some horse matting or something like that. However, that would be a big pain to get working right, and some of those off-gas like crazy.

Been looking at this since I got my 2014... almost 10 years. I've even had discussions with WeatherTech about making some sort of a "hinged" version, if you will, of their classic cargo liner that would allow the portion that covers the rear seat to fold back over the cargo area if the rear seats are put up. In the rear seat down position (where mine have been for 10 years), it would cover the entire rear area.
I use a 3x5 industrial shop mat, with the rubber backing and the tight, short carpet. I can sweep it clean with a broom, but it obviously isn't patterned to the sides of the cargo area.

My approach to this would be to build a template from chipboard or cardboard, making sure to minimize any details or intricate shapes/cutouts.
Once the template is complete, lay it on the floor of the garage or workspace and get some measurements.

I'm fairly sure that the size required would fit within the confines of a rubber bed liner pad used in many full-size pick ups.
Find one of those, and transfer your desired shape.
Cutting it could be tricky, but a jigsaw or giant shears seem like they would work fine.

What are you looking to get out of the cover? I've had this in the back of mine for years. It's waterproof, items don't slide around on it, if it gets muddy from the dog, I can either take it out and hose it off or hose it off in the Jeep. When I'd hose it off in the Jeep, I do keep the front elevated so everything can run out the back of the Jeep.
