Watch for coil bind up. Not a big fan of spring spacer lifts. Originally thought you were going with a body lift.
Neither lift is designed to work together.
Yes, I’d recommend trying your local auto salvage yards for a takeoff part. If you can solder and shrink wrap, it’s a simple splice into the main harness.
I’ll suggest a nice one man tent and a sleeping mat since you will be hauling luggage inside. Stealth camp by using a few of the free campsite apps on your phone. BTDT on a motorcycle going cross country a few times.
Re: Jscan - yes, it's only licensed to one VIN. Your replacement ECU should be identical to your original to work correctly. IF your vendor continues to ignore you, contact your credit card and dispute the transaction. That'll get them to call you.
^ THAT is finally happening. Jeep’s scheduled in for new gearing March 2. After some serious mind smoke was released, went with the Revolution 4.88s because I occasionally tow a trailer. My freeway time is limited to the twice annual Michigan to Texas relocation.
My experience is limited to my 2016 JKU with 3.5" lift and 35s. I swapped flares and liners out for the pictured ones. In my defense, I did wrench for a living and didn't have one hole to drill. I did install rivnuts in all the holes to really simplify the install. No trying to get a wrench...
I have the ones that mount under the roll bar and use them regularly for small items and my Freedom Top bag. All my golf cart accessories stay in them when not out on a trail adventure.
A thin ziptie run between the wires on the plug and around the coil will keep it in place while you research. NTATWWT Heck, I might just leave it like that.
