Macguyver did u disconnect all the connectors on top. Just wondering about putting pressure on those and the nipple ( did I say nipple?) and did u use the ratchet strap method?

I also have a 07. Check out video from South Main Auto on the G104 ground repair. I had one sensor do that and had it repaired. Heated circuit high. All 4 are connected on that ground and is in a horrible place. If heater circuits grounds are showing bad on the sensors that could be your issue...

Have you checked what code the cel light is throwing. A large evap leak will light it up quickly. A po456 small leak sometimes takes a few days after cleared. System checks itself daily and I think it takes about 3 failed checks to light it up again. Large evap leak is like leaving your cap off...

Have u checked your dust shields to see if they are rubbing the rotor or have a rock stuck in them. Just a thought. Reach in behind the front wheels and pull them out some🍺🍺

The only thing I’ve really ran into on my 07 is it came stock with a plastic header which warps and is noisy and the factory neglected to put butyl in the top corners of A-pillars. There were service bulletins on each. I installed a metal header and added the butyl which took care of the noise...
