What did you do to your JK today?

Nope... I didn't even know that was a thing.

What did you do to your JK today?

I found that if you take out your HVAC vent covers, you can connect a shop vac hose to them to pump heat to the back seat. I rigged up a spray can cover as an adapter. I have a more elegant and permanent solution coming, I just need to work up the courage to drive a hole saw through one of the...

    Headlight question

The stock headlights on Jeeps are... Decorative at best. Most people who replace the headlights have to replace the whole unit. Same with the turn signals and tail lights. My first set were just Chinese knockoff lights and they worked pretty good. They would flicker a bit here and there. I...

New to the Wrangler world and the forum with questions about the 3.8

Yeah I don't think the Wrangler is really known for being fast. Take it out in the woods and you'll see it doesn't need to be.

What did you do to your JK today?

Yup she came right out. I figure I'll just keep it as-is with the nut welded to it.

Need Bumper Ideas for New 2017 Bumper with No Winch

This one is a smittybilt. It's my second one as my ex t-boned a Chevy 1/2 ton back when I lived in Edmonton. The Jeep still drives great but the truck was bent in half. If it wasn't for that steel bumper, the Jeep would have been a write off too. The only thing I worry about with aftermarket...

    Running with no Battery?

I've been checking everything one by one as I locate stuff. Everything seems nice and solid. Should I just giggle all the wires with the ignition on to see if I can make the lights go crazy? Otherwise I can just cut off and replace the eye ends on the cables.

I know the day is still young, but it'll be tough to find anything dumber than this...

It already costs almost $100 here for a licence plate stamped out of old beer cans they can keep their electronic one... Until they're made mandatory.

    Running with no Battery?

Would I test it by checking the resistance between it's positive post and the outer casing? I have a vehicle volt meter that shows it charging at around 14.4 volts.

    Making a Rear Window.

I already have a switch pod with unused switched. I just like messing around with the stock equipment but I know it can end up going wrong really fast. I might just leave it unplugged since I'm already dealing with some other electrical problem right now.

    Making a Rear Window.

I suppose I should rephrase the question lol. What kind of cool gadgets could I install on the circuit? Or would that mess up some sort of computerized defrost control module and give me warning lights?

    Making a Rear Window.

So I'm a genius and had my hardtop off all summer sitting in the lawn. Hurricane Fiona came by and flipped it over and smashed my rear window. I did a walk around the yard to secure stuff before the storm and somehow missed my Jeep roof. Anyway the shop I work at has some polycarbonate sheet...

2014 Warning Lights and Dead Battery/Won't Start

Battery cables and grounds are always the first thing to check. I recently had problems with all the warning lights in my 2015 coming on and it turned out to be a bit of corrosion on one of the fuse box connectors. While researching that problem I did read a forum post somewhere of a Jeep...

2016 JK Anyone have their dash warning lights and chime come on in a spasm for a few seconds

I had something like that but it completely immobilized my vehicle for a few weeks. It turned out to be a bit of corrosion on plugs under the fuse box.
