Hi guys, my 09 Rubicon Unlimited has had a 2” lift from when I bought it, but I noticed that it appears to be sagging from the right hand front, now how can I be sure that it is the right hand front and not the right hand rear?

Manifold cracked? Have you noticed exhaust leaking from the manifold? Has it been fixed now and was the problem actually a cracked manifold?

Finished repairing my sway bar disconnect

And the finished product, PS I used engine oil as the lubricant for the disconnect gears because grease is too heavy and eventually will slow down the operations as the grease gets old. Engine oil is a lot like the oil you use in your gearbox except thinner.

So I take it that you disconnect that fuse to reset?

Hi guys just wondering if it’s possible to turn off the No Fuse warning on the dash with the JScan tool and tips, links on how to do it would be really appreciated. Cheers Steve. PS I’ve checked all my fuses.

Thanks for your advice, can you please tell me how to switch off the “no fuse” warning that comes on the dash using the JScan? Also the live scan brings up No6 cylinder misfiring, I can’t really feel it but should I investigate and what do you think it might be?

No, I’m hoping to fully recover the bearings as it looks like I need a 3 legged puller to pull the connect gears off to get to the bearings, that’sa lot more work, but it may be a necessity will tell in time.

Yeah sure did! The plastic housing had the tiniest split in it, new replacement radiator fixed it, last week it was the water pump and now it’s the thermostat housing/ seal. Doh!

Washed it while I was waiting to see if I’ve got a radiator leak
