I`m running 35`s with 4.10 and out west it does okay still a dog but just okay. It will down shift in the hills and the pedal is being smashed 3/4. In normal driving up to about 5,000 elevation. I would go regear to 4.56 or 4.88.
Regear and just remember it's a jeep not no speedster. If you want more power and speed. Go buy a 392 that's the only jeep that will set you back when you smash the left pedal.
If I remember the bottom holds the axle centered correctly (front to rear) and the top is used to adjust the castor. @BLACKJKU or someone else might be able to confirm that. If so your top control arms are a little too long. I would shorten both top arms by an inch and test drive and if good or...
