Two new mopar camshaft and one new mopar crankshaft sensors
4 new camshafts
New phasers
Oil control vavles
New timing chain, guides, tensioners and rockers and lifters
Everything new lol

To try and diagnose an engine online going off pics of real time engine analysis pics is pretty much impossible .
We can give you a guess or two .

Haven’t shared which engine or year of Jeep . Last pic reads Pentastar/ Hemi 2014?
Jeep never had a hemi in 2014. Is this a different engine install gone sideways ?
Wasn’t till 2nd to last post you mention new cams and sensors .

It would have been more helpful if first post contained all info related to rebuild .
It could be install related as
@tJKrider wrote or a malfunctioning part installed .

I recently had a new throttle body installed that was defective. Maybe one of the new cam or crank sensors you installed is faulty ?
Could be just about anything ? Tear down and start over ? Hope you’re able to sort it out . It’s kinda like other current post where a new member is
“ looking for parts “
More info is always more helpful .

Yeah more basic info would be helpful. I deduced that it was a 3.6 based on statements of six cylinders, overhead cam.
Maybe one of the new cam or crank sensors

Left bank cam sensor is a good thought since the misfires are on cylinders 2/4/6. That would be a common cause...

However, this issue seems to be common with both exhaust cams which is why I jumped to the sprocket/chain alignment in my first reply. That would have to occur on both banks, though.

Another possible path is to reset the ECM and see if things come back into sync.

The reading in the pics were the same before all those new parts were installed. For what ever reason all new parts no change. I have relearn and also clear ecms. Also added a new computer and still no change.

I have switched camshaft sensors no change
Moved spark plugs and coil packs and injectors and no change. Change out the lower intake with used injectors no change.

Yes that makes sense . Didn’t put 2 and 2 together right away
Was kinda thinking that as well

So what your saying these readings were done B4 top end rebuild and still the same after ? Really ?
You pretty much changed everything mechanically top end . Thank you BTW for more info .
You also cleared ECM .
I can’t say for certain but is it possible chain around crank sprocket jumped a tooth ?
When you replaced chain crank wasnt moved at all so in essence putting it back in a non aligned position .
Does that comment make sense . Or possibly faulty crank position sensor ?

I'm stumped, honestly. It sounds like you've got a fully new upper assembly. If it didn't fix ANY of the codes that were being thrown, I'd question the computer, but you said you've replaced that as well? Which computer, specifically? I think you'd have to replace the ECU specifically.

The only thing I would have to offer is a problem with the electrical harness, wasn't there something to do with the way the harness was routed around the back of the engine to the right side. I don't remember which engine it was but thought it was the 3.6.
