as long as you have an automatic transmission, a remote starter is easy. Check out MPC starters on Amazon...I have purchased two of them and they work great and are dead easy to install. You can order them to work with the factory fob, or with a one button external fob.

with the JScan app you can pull the codes and see if anything is amiss. That is how I found my fuel injector issue - and an ignition issue, but the tune up fixed that. But really, it might be a case of really needing to change your plugs (and gap them correctly). I used Bosch platinum plugs...

LOL - I just got two emails from Bestop Customer Service telling me that they have higher than normal call volumes, and cannot get to my email, but please call their 800 number (which i have also tried - super long wait times or just no answer). 3 weeks to tell me that they cannot answer.

Pedal commander is great for improving throttle response, but it sounds like you have loss of power under load. Is the Jeep throwing any codes? I had some issues also. Did a tune up - plugs, wires and ignition module. Still issues. Checked codes and had a fuel injector and rough idle code...
