I cannot recall because as soon as it would shut off I would turn the key back to the off position and try again. I want to say it was lit up.

I have ordered from the jeep dealer a new antenna base and cover because the antenna had been broken and the base is rusted. I wanted to install myself but cannot find adequate info online on how to do this. Thank you for any info!
