Hello,
I want to replace my stock headlights (2016 JKU) with LED headlights. Is there a pair out there that is basically plug/play and that will fit where I have to do no modifications to get the new lights to fit? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The pair I bought several years ago are no longer available on Amazon, but these are the shown replacement and look very similar to mine. The only issue I had with mine was both headlights are identical and the tabs on the rear of the light housing don't line up with the slots on the headlight frame in the grille. But that was a quick fix, 30 seconds with a razor knife to trim it down.
Took longer to adjust the headlights than installing them. They are much better than stock.

They aren't the halos (not a fan of halos), and they are available in all black, all chrome or black and chrome. I went all black and changed the trim rings around the headlights to all black.

I installed Xprite headlights in my ‘15 JKU.
They come with the anti-flicker dongle and are plug in ready. I don’t remember if I had to trim a plastic tab or not but it was easy.
These have halos if you want them- just run a wire to the fusebox or leave them if you don’t.
I bought them on Amazon as well as a pair of their fog lights.

I have these and they have worked well on my 2016... 100% plug and play. I initially had a connector issue but they quickly sent me an updated set of adapters that have had no issues:

Only thing I did with the install was put a small piece of weatherstripping at the bottom of the light to make it a bit more snug.

Read the Amazon reviews and many have said they only lasted a few months before crapping out.
My local dealer wants 2$K to retrofit a set of newer LED lights and to tweak the ECU so they'll work in the 2016.
:(

I have a set of Mopar LED headlights I dont use but they're not DRL plus shipping to Canada would probably be insane.

I wonder how hard they’d be to setup for a JK not originally equipped with LED’s…

They were on my '07 until I got ProComps. Nothing wrong with the Mopars, but I like the ProComp better. Both sets were plug and play, no adapters. There's a setting in JSCAN I toggled for this and its worked no issue for me for years.

If the ECU needs to be tweaked, and you've got one of those OBD II dongle things, you might be able to DIY it.
As I said, my local dealer quoted me $2K for the process/parts.
In Ontario, Canada.

JScan costs about $20 USD per license, and a decent Bluetooth ODB dongle is about $35-40 USD. This is something you really don't need to involve a stealership with.

If you get them thru Amazon, get the extended warranty. You can download JScan app and pay about $20 for 1 car subscription and pay under $ for the OBDII adapter/dongle and you can program your JK. Also with JScan you can set the size of your tires, disable the TMPS warning/set the new PSI threshold, turn on/set up your DRLS; also you can add a backup camera if you have an OEM radio with screen/GPS. Auxbeam, LED Factory have a 1 year warranty. Brand names will be a little more expensive but they are worth it: Oracle, Morimoto, KC Highlights, JW Speaker. Also check with Quadratec, Extreme Terrain, Northridge 4x4 websites and look what brands they sell.
