I replaced the heater core and I have flushed the coolant system and still no heat, its just blowing ambient air.

Any thoughts on what else it could be. I'd really like to have this fixed before winter hits.
 
Not sure about JK's, but i know the Ram trucks you have to vacuum fill the coolant to get the air pockets out.

Since I just bought my first JK (having only owned CJ's and TJ's, still own the 06 Rubicon in my avatar) I am not up to speed on them.

Most of us raise the front of the Jeep up about 6-8" and remove the radiator cap and start the Jeep up and just let it idle. Watch for the coolant to drop and add as needed, you probably have a air pocket in it.
