I have done extensive research on different name brand winches in the 10K Lb range. The Warn Zeon is of course in my opinion the best of the best. That being said, the cost is double what I can fork over right now. So I just want to hear some "Winch" proven stories for those without a Warn brand winch that their brand is a worthy and reliable competitor.

I've used it and I know a number of people personally who have put that winch through the ringer (some seriously tough shit) and it's held up just fine over years-and-years of abuse.

I run a waterproof Trailhead 13,000 lb winch. I've had it for 3 years now and it works like a charm. Good luck!
