Will changing the tire pressure affect the wheel and tire balancing?

If the tire pressure is changed from whatever they were mounted / balanced at, will that affect the balance? And also what tire pressure should be used with 37’s?
Thanks!

Balancing has nothing to do with the tire pressure, best thing to do is to let some air pressure out of them until you feel the best ride. To much pressure you'll feel like your riding on basketballs.

Ok I have 40 psi in there right now....guess it’s a matter of preference Thanks 👍🏼

Is the tire sitting flat on the road at that pressure? You could drop it down to 35 and see how that rides, 40 seems a little much but I never had 37's.

NO.
Pressure depends on manufacturer specs. between 35 - 40 psi.
