The part number for the rear body mount crossmember i found is 55395682AC part #6 in pic..

That jeep must have lived on the beach and salt water if it is a Mexico native.
Looks like some galvanized sheet steel and a welder would be the best bet.
A good Tin Knocker would know how to fix that better than new.

Those salty Quebec roads have taken their toll on that body. I've done some auto body welding and I could probably weld that so someone else should be able to as wel.
