Also, I am wanting to get smaller, more basic, blacked out wheels at some point with different tires.
I have zero social media accounts and don’t know anyone who would want to buy wheels and/or wheels and the tires.

Is there a site possibly this one, to post them? Or a way to trade them?

Supporting Members can advertise them For Sale on this Forum, also Craigslist is a good place I have good luck. Just have to watch for the Scammers.
