What's leaking in this photo?

No, there are multiple law suits against jeep for folks with new rigs having issues with DW. Same goes for Ford trucks since they went to a similar front end suspension. Not as common, but none the less. Typically D/W hits at speeds above say 25mph at least. You would know if thats what your experiencing. You would have to slow/stop to make it go away. You say during turns only?? Similar to the front wheels hopping sort of?? That sounds like its stuck in 4wd possibly.

It's on turns and just going straight forward, it's bumping what feels like on the driver side, tires and suspension checked out good, it keeps happening so I went to multiple places to see if I kept getting the same diagnosis, all said that those two are checking out good

You know your jeep best and if it dont feel right then you have valid concerns. Do these shops drive it to see what your describing? Far as Death wobble, it applies to pretty much all jeeps from 97 on, although Im not aware of any jeep lawsuits on the YJ, TJ vehicles. Ive had well over a dozen jeeps and hundreds of mostly 4x4's, Chevies, fords,Broncos, Toyotas 4x4 vans, you name it. Some claim its every 4x4 that can do it. I disagree to that. When a brand new vehicle does there is an inherent flaw in its design. Im 65, had more 4x4's than I can recall and never experienced DW until my first 97 TJ. Never in a CJ or any other did DW happen and some of my trucks have been rode hard and put away wet so to say. If these shops are not taking it for a test drive then their not doing their due dilligence. Something like a delaminating tire, a tire that lost its weights that balanced it, can all make for some bad shakes. Wish I could be of more help. Oddly enough we used to live in Show Low AZ ourselves.
