So a friend gave me this kit. Does anyone know if its a suspension or body lift kit? Is it a 3”? Is this any good?! What size tires and rims can i safely get for this kit. Any help would be appreciated. I just got this jeep 3 months ago and am new to all this!

That’s a 3” suspension lift, but you’ll need shocks to go with it as it only includes the springs. You’ll also likely need exhaust spacers and sway bar links.
With that size lift you can comfortably fit a 315 tire, which is a 34”.
