Weird noise

New noise started. Replaced all 3 actuators, blower fan and everything else I can think of. Noise sounds like it’s coming from behind passenger side dash. Starts at about 60mph and gets louder with speed. I’ve tried everything I can think of to this point.

Trying to post a video but can’t figure that out either. Sounds like a gear stripping, or something vibrating rapidly

Welcome to the forum! You can post the video to YouTube and share the link here. Which Jeep is giving the weird noise?

Checked that too. All 3 bolts/screws are in place and tight. It’s weird. Only does it at 60mph or faster, doesn’t matter what fan or recirc setting is, wind affects it too.

That is weird. Nothing in the glove box? Cabin filter good and in place correctly? 100% sure blend door is working properly?

Glove box empty, cabin filters brand new, snapped in, I’ve been trying to figure it out for over a month now. Thought it was blend door actuators, but replaced all 3 with OEM parts. Recirc door opens and closes as designed, I’m truly stumped

Annnnnd when you start the Jeep, your HVAC light on the directional knob doesn't blink on and off even once?

Did you scan it and see what code(s) are stored for the HVAC? The light blinking can mean a few things like blower motor resistor is bad/corroded, rear defrost relay/fuse is bad, actuator(s) need calibration, or the HVAC unit itself is bad.
