Here's how to remove the inner door trim panel, disconnect the window and open the door so you can get a shop vac or something to clean out the glass:

Thanks. That’s a pretty big job by my standards (compared to how simple something like this would be to handle on most vehicles) but it’s definitely the right way to solve the problem.
