Transfer case leak

My 2010 2 door sport transfer case is leaking. Haven't been able to find the source, looks like it is near the rear of the unit. I'm guessing this is going to be a real pain if I need to drop the case.... Any thoughts on probable leak source?

Can you post a picture of where it looks like it's coming from?

Do you have pictures of what your seeing...a couple from different angles would be great.

Leak is coming from the lower half. The bolt is wet too.

Did you check to see if those bolts are still tight?

The reddish color indicates transmission fluid.
