Does anyone make a front bumper for the JK which you can mount a winch and also have a tow plate under it.

Not exactly what you asked but the 75th Anniversary bumpers on mine accept a winch and there is a front receiver hitch available that fits underneath it. Seems reasonable that there would be a tow setup too, since it's a factory bumper...
