Teraflex Spare Tire Mount Install

So installing this set up and it calls to “push” bolts through the plate the tire will sit on. How are folks withouta press doing this??

When you put the nuts on and tighten them they will pull through and tighten.

You can use a cheap ball joint press if it's too hard to just tighten them on with the nut.
