Spare tire brake light with camera

I am looking for ideas. I want to install a led XKglow spare tire brake light. I have a camera that currently sits in the open space of the wheel. Do you have any ideas for where to move the camera to? I don’t want it to show up as a black spot because it’s in front of the leds.

Depending on what your wheels look like, I'd try to imitate the newer JL's backup camera and put the camera inside the center. It's been pretty spot on for me on my parent's JL as long as you have a bit of an angle down on it.
