Sounds like engine is tapping

I just changed oil Sunday and it sounds like it's tapping.i used right oil and filter.oil level is good.not sure y it sounds like this I'm lost

Is this the first time you've changed the oil in it?

Did you use the same weight of oil and did you change to Synthetic and used Conventional last time?

I used pennzoil ultra platinum full synthetic 5w20.same as I used the last time

Thought maybe there was a heavier weight oil in it last time, do you have the 3.6 engine?
