I had Sirus before, and just subscribed again. All I get is “Acquiring Signal”. I called Sirus and they tried to fix it, and they said I need to take it to the dealer. I got a new battery about two months ago. But I have tried disconnecting the battery cables, left them unattached for an hour, didn’t work. Anyone have an idea what to do ? Thank you!

I was gonna say, you can log onto the Sirius XM website and do the signal refresh on your own.
May want to check your account status on the website as well, the folks you spoke with in Bangladesh may have previous subscription info in regard to your radio info.
