Schematic(s) for Wiring a Lightbar

Hello Everyone!

I am new to doing mods on my 2012 JKU (I've only had it for nine years !)

I am working on a project where I need to show how to install a light bar and include a simple diagram. That's the first part.

Next part is putting an ARB refrigerator into my vehicle for a long road trip - actually a very good possibility for Spring 2024. How to power it and again, a simple diagram. This one I thought I'd put a smaller solar panel on the roof, battery manager, inverter and a second battery. Might be making it too complicated but solar could be used for other components too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Fridge install. I had determined the draw from the fridge was low enough that I could get nearly a week of constant use out of the solar battery. A small 50w solar panel with MPU controller would easily charge it back up in a day.

If you look close, there’s a 750W inverter to the right of the battery box to charge phones and usb stuff.

My light bar wires are ran down the passenger side A piller behind the light bar mount and into the engine bay. Battery is located on this side. I have my light bar wired into a key fob remote. No need to run wires into the cab. On the fob box I hooked red 12v+ to the battery +. The black neg - to the battery neg -. The white 12v+ got hooked to the yellow or blue depending on your wire harness, of the rocker switch that would of got ran into the cab. The other black neg- went to the black neg- on the rocker switch wire. On the light bar harness, red 12v+ went to positive + side of battery. Black neg - went to negative side of battery. Your light bar wires go to red positive + to red positive + and black neg - to black neg - on the light bar harness. I hope this helps. Oh and welcome to the group!
