Roof rack for soft top

Hi all.

I have a 2013 Jeep wrangler with a soft top. I want to get a roof rack to hold a kayak and eventually a roof top tent. My question is, can you still take the top down and off with a roof rack? Is there a special rack to buy?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can't seem to find the answer anywhere else.
 
There a few out there that hinge along the back of the tub, but IMO that's not a practical approach, especially since they don't have a pivot/hinge somewhere in the middle like the soft tops do.
I'd almost like to see one that hinges over to the side... ALMOST.
 
Gobi racks pivot and tilt back to allow soft top use, but not with a loaded rack. LoD Destroyer rack, with the sliding rail kit, allows you to slide the entire roof to the side of the jeep fully loaded (tent and all) and use the roof/soft top. It's not lightweight though. I believe some of the Body Armor or Kargo Master (now owned by MetalCloak) racks could be used for kayaks while leaving space for soft top use, but the crossbars for a RTT would interfere.
