Replacing shocks

In the process of changing the shocks, is it necessary to remove the wheels? I can access the bolts without any issues and would much faster to replace the shocks.

No it’s not necessary to remove the wheels; I didn’t.
You’ll hate the front right (passenger side) upper mount though.
I found it beneficial to notch the plastic that blocks easy access to the hardware.
It’s the only corner that’s a PITA.

Awesome, kind figured it wasn't necessary. I did read about the passenger top and to cut away the plastic
