Replacing factory fogs with LED cubes

I installed a Fab Fours stubby bumper. While it has mounting points for the round factory fog lights, the cutouts are 3" square with mounting tabs above the cutouts for mounting LED cubes if you choose. Wondering if anyone has replaced their fog lights with LED's and just wired them right up with no issues, no flickering, etc? And does anyone make a cube direct replacement that fits the factory plug, or an adapter harness, or do I just need to cut and splice wires?

I can't comment on cubes, but I put LED 'bulbs' in my factory housings and they flickered something fierce. I ended up soldering a capacitor between the leads to fix the problem.

I replaced my factory fogs with leds with halos but they are round and were plug and play. if I were you I would try to find ones that plug into the factory harness if at all possible.
