Rear hatch won't open on 2015 JK

2015 jeep wrangler rear hatch won't open. Any suggestions

It's locked, maybe the power lock isn't working and might try unlocking with a key.

I tried key it didn't work either

Maybe the linkage for the unlock came off on the latch.

This would be my guess as well.

You might also check to see if you can hear the locks solenoid trying to unlock or lock the rear door.

Yes I can hear the lock. Turns out its the cylinoid that went out. I can use needle nose to open it.
