Quadratec winch opinons

I am new to the forum, so I hope this the right place. Does anyone have experience with the Quadratec brand winch. I am looking to put a winch on my 2015 Rubicon. I am torn between the Smittybilt and the Quadratec.

The Quadratec winch is a rebranded Smittybilt. Made in the same factory in China, sharing the same components, etc. Just like Extreme Terrain's "Barricade" line of products is re-branded Smittybilt as well.

This is common for Chinese made products, and while there is nothing wrong with it, the buyer should be aware. I've run a number of Smittybilt winches and never had any issues with them, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The Quadratec one is just as good I'm sure, but I prefer this one myself:

i have a Qtec winch and have had no problems at all. ive never needed it for me but i have pulled a few folks out from bad spots and it didnt even skip a beat
