Problems with the Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC)

I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I am having problems with the Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC). I run my tires at 27 psi, it rides better. So that makes the tire inflation warning flash when I start my jeep. I just push the Clear on the right side of the steering wheel to clear it. I don’t have horn from the steering wheel. The horn does work when I lock my jeep. I have purchased 4 different schematics from Mopar, Mitchell1 and a forum. I would like to get any information on the EVIC or schematics.

Apparently the EVIS system, namely the tire inflation system has an upper and a lower switch. The upper switch keeps the underinflation warning off at 37 psi. The lower inflation switch will keep the underinflation warning on (28psi) until you add the right inflation is achieved (37 psi). I hope this helps somebody someday. Al Cassell

All of your issues could be fixed with the J-Scan app.

It will allow you to disable the TPMS completely (which I did) and it will allow you to enable or disable those horn settings and so much more.
