I'm begging for help at this point. This Jeep will be the death of me.

Besides an intermittent starting issue, now my turn signals don't work and my brake lights aren't working either. I've got a million codes pulled with my reader. I've traced wiring diagrams until I can't see straight. The codes are:

P0703 - Brake Switch Sensor Circuit
P0157 - O2 Sensor Shorted to Ground 2/2
P0137 - O2 Sensor Shorted to Ground 1/2
C107C - Brake Pedal Switch 1/2 Stuck
C2100 - Battery Voltage Low
B1648 - Rear Right Turn Lamp Control Circuit High
B1644 - Rear Left Turn Lamp Control Circuit High
B1640 - Front Right Turn Lamp Control Circuit High
B163C - Front Left Turn Lamp Control Circuit High

...and the really freaky codes:
U140E - Implausible Vehicle Configuration Received
C2202 - Original VIN mismatched/Missing

Does anyone know what on Earth is going on? Where do I start...again? No shop has been able to figure this out.

My guess would be a bad TIPM since everything has to go through it for some reason. The turn signals have fuses have they been checked?

Possibly your brake pedal switch could be bad.

Fuses and relays have been checked. I've been concerned about the TIPM due to so many codes but is there a way to test this? Brake pedal switch was replaced less than a year ago and worked fine but stopped suddenly within the last month.

Good place to start again, it could have broken somehow or failed internally.

Do you have LED lights or the Factory bulbs?

I agree with @BLACKJKU. You probably need a new TIPM. You cannot really test the TIPM without some very specific electronics nerd equipment. And if you were the sort to have it, you wouldn't need to ask us here...
The best thing you can do is look at the symptoms you're having. They point to the TIPM. So, Occam's razor, which is available to us all, says start there.
