2008 X Passenger seat only locks in the full reclined position. Anyone else ever had this happen? Other than this issue the seat functions as it should.

Ugg, I have a 2009 four door.
My best guess just based on how seats tend to work is that the spring that pushes the latch into place is either broken or out of whack. Hopefully the drivers and passenger seats are similar enough where you can compare the function.
