Okay so here goes. I attempted to replace the passenger side valve cover gasket, but was unable to remove the cover for some reason. I put it back together and after about a mile of driving my 2013 JK shut down and wouldn't restart. It threw a P0688 . It's telling me that there is an open on the ECM/PCM power relay sense circuit. I've also found that it might have to do with the ASD relay. I've replace both relays and also found that the #1 cylinder coil pack was split across the top and melted slightly. I replaced the coil pack and the plug with no change. I'm having a crank/no start. The other thing that happened after doing this is that the key switch when put in crank position does not return to the run position without manually turning it to run. It didnt do that before all of this. Any ideas might be helpful with this. Need to get this thing back up and running soon. Thanks.

I'd remove the wire loom for the wires that were moved and look for a crack in the wire casing. You might of cracked a wire when you moved them.
