P0600 and U0184 can't find a solution, 2012 JK Sport. Codes always returns. Replaced the radio. Didn't help. Suggestions?

Thank you for your help. Below is what I know.
Vehicle cranks and runs fine.
After I clear the faults, I drive no more than 1/4 mile and I get a P0600 and U0184.
Radio is fully functional.
Battery voltage with engine not running: 12.6 V
Battery voltage with engine running: 14.5 V
Battery Age: less than six months
CAN BUS + to Ground Voltage at Radio: 2.5 V
CAN BUS - to Ground Voltage at Radio: 2.5 V
Resistance from CAN BUS + to CAN BUS - is 60 ohms.
When you plug in power for the radio and PAC RP4-CH11 the red LED blinks briefly then goes solid just like PAC says it should.
Checked all fuses in totally integrated power module (TIPM). None were bad.
Alternator making good voltage.
Checked every ground & could find no issues.
I don't want to surrender but short of taking it to someone with a high end scan tool, I don't know what to do.
