G’day LTB16, if your Jeep is a 2012, I’d say you’re out of luck. I fought tooth and nail for at least 18mths and they did come to the table in the end but that was related to a particular set of circumstances.
I just ordered a new vehicle for 2025 but it wasn’t another Jeep. I did visited the dealer I originally purchased from to look at a Gladiator Rubicon and the JL version and was very tempted to pull the trigger, but the salesman was in the wrong job as was the previous one, (clown) and then I had recall of the stress and Chryslers failure to just fix their manufacturing problem and retain their customer loyalty base. They sadly failed many loyal followers of a great marque.
