I've been doing some research on adding switches to my factory locker setup that allows them to be engaged when I want instead of just 4-lo. I have also looked at the wiring for the traction control to be turned off via a switch.
Has anyone done this type of setup, if so any tips or best switch placement areas would be helpful. I'd like to have the switches on the right hand side of the shifter but I'm not sure of the room underneath just yet.
thanks for any insight.

it's going to be close to it, but for the 2010 model, I've seen this system before awhile back ago. I'm thinking about installing the toggle switches with the cover over the toggle.

Makes sense! Make sure no one hits those switches when you're going 60 MPH down the highway through a turn or something, that would be bad! Although, the chances of that I realize are pretty rare.
