Anyone have their digital oil pressure fluctuate while driving 23...27...29...42...etc. had an oil change and the dial gage is fine.

I have not sure 29 to 42 but it will move based on speed, rpm, etc. Most likely the dash gauge is a dummy gauge which would only move to show a problem. Within a specified range by the computer it stays straight up.
The only time my aftermarket gauge stays somewhat still is when it's on cruise control but it'll still move.
