No warning chimes

Hi All. I recently purchased a 2013 jk 2d sport. I have never heard a single warning chime -keys-in, lights on, low fuel, seat belt etc. I did check to be sure the chime was still in place (it is) in the instrument cluster although I don’t know how to test it. Dome lights work etc. Any help would appreciated!
 
I'm not sure if this is one of those things that can be turned off with an OBD scanner, but you might want to investigate.
 
Thank you. I did try with jScan/Vgate. I could see nothing that universally turned off all chimes. Seatbelts were an option but turning it off and on had no audible effect.
 
Can you pull the chimer out, and test it with 12 volt supply? To dark out now for me to find mine, and configure a bench test for you.
