No Sound On Uconnect 130 Radio

I have a 2014 Wrangler with a Uconnect 130 radio. I recently discontinued satellite radio. I can search for stations but I have no sound when I try to play my radio on a regular FM station. What do I need to reset? Cannot find any info. anywhere. Any help is greatly appreciated as I am frustrated.

I'm having a similar issue, although satellite radio is working fine the AM/FM doesn't play anything regardless if paired with phone or not. Anyone have suggestions/direction on how to resolve this?

On some Uconnect models, you can perform a reset by pressing and holding the "Volume" and "Tuner" (or "Seek") buttons simultaneously for 10-15 seconds until the screen turns off and then back on. This resets the system to factory settings, which may fix audio bugs.
