No ebrake issue

So I have replaced every part on the ebrake system on my Jeep and still have no ebrake.
Handle, cables, shoes and hardware, rotors.

handle comes all the way up and I get nada. What else can I do??

It sounds like the cables are either not connected or not adjusted properly.
