Hi, I am looking to buy a jeep for a fun car. Taking the dogs to the beach riding with the top down, etc. I am looking at a 2018 unlimited JK Sahara model with the altitude package. Back up camera heated seats tow package. It’s very nice. 143,000 miles. One owner. One accident which was a light hit on the front corner of a deer. Carfax is clean oil changes every 4000 miles brakes done trans. Fluid flushed. Nothing else really done to it. Pictures are below of the undercarriage. Doesn’t look very rusty to me. Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreciated. Not sure if this is a good buy or not. I can probably get it for $13,000. It is at a Chevrolet dealer. Unsure of what to do.

For being a NJ vehicle, it is not too bad rust wise. Maybe a good set of All Terrains would be better in that environment. Not sure about the price, seems good. Miles are a little high for a 2017 (20k plus a year) but it is probably good for 250k plus according to the good maintenance reports.
Just my thoughts. I have only had my JKU for 6 months. So no expert here.
Oh, you mentioned "top down", it is a hard top and they do come off, but keep in mind you will need a place to store it while not being used.
