Yes, any of the external pieces of the JK series will fit no matter the model year. I think the only real differences are the hard tops from 07-11 and 12-18.

I recently purchased a pre owned JL bumper to replace an aftermarket on my 2018 2 door JK. The bumper mounted no problem and fits fine. However the shroud under the bumper would not fit to my JK. Also the transition piece from the JL bumper to the grill of the JK is different. You can still use it and I did, but the shape is slightly different at the outboard ends and bends up about a half an inch. It will still connect to the back of the bumper, but the two holes that connect to the actual frame rails are in different spots. They really aren’t needed. I’d save the stuff off the JK and see if it adapts to the JL if you go that route.
