New any recommendations on what I should do to it

I'm with our resident sailor here. Hold off on throwing a bunch of money at the jeep until you know what it is capable of right now. Re-doing lift kits or other components because that upgrade wasn't enough can turn into a big money sink. Go out and have fun with it and learn what the jeep needs.
What do you plan on doing with it? Daily driver? Daily driver with some easy off-roading? Mudder? Rock-crawler? Overlander? Each has different requirements.
Hard to tell from the picture, but looks like either 33" tires with a leveling kit, or 35s with a 2.5 inch lift kit, just guesses though.
