So my wife and I had been back and forth on buying a Jeep for a few years. I wanted a CJ she wanted an JKU. After an unfortunate accident totaling her suburban we compromised and bought exactly what she wanted 🤣. Shortly after it was bought I was ordering parts for it. Finally all the parts came in and it’s been a busy weekend. Oh and I highly recommend the JSCAN app. I’ve used it to shut off the seat belt dinger (it’s aggravating just moving it around) I wear my seatbelt. Set Fog Lights as DRL. Also set fogs to stay on with brights as I have not changed the factory headlights yet and they aren’t great. I need to get it in to the shop to have an alignment done. That’s pretty much the only thing I couldn’t get done myself. I am pretty fortunate to have friends that helped me get this done. Started Friday night at 6:00 pm. Was done around 3:00 pm today. We did stop and sleep for a few hours. Some notes on the RC bumpers. If you get the front winch bumper with the square led fog lights, put them in before you mount the bumper even when the directions don’t tell you to. On the rear bumper you will have to remove your factory hitch receiver. It’s well on its way to leaving soccer mom status behind. For now it will see some small trails and adventure rides. Once it’s paid off it will become more trail rig. Oh and it’s color is called Rhino.

Looks awesome so far! I'm particularly jealous of that lift in your garage (assuming that is your garage). That's got to make working on the Jeep a lot easier.

Unfortunately that is not my garage. I’m about a year away from having mine put in. This is at a friends place. Luckily I can use it pretty much whenever I want. So it might as well be mine lol. I just pay a little shop tax in the form helping out when he needs it and some natty light 🤣.

Front mod is looking good. I like your stubby bumper. Ready for the winch yet?
Yeah, I’m ready for it. Could have used it yesterday and made getting back to a cow pasture in ice a bunch easier lol. I haven’t decided on what I’m going to buy yet. Synthetic rope or not. A lot of the trail places I’ve been reading on are starting to require them. Then what brand I’m going to use I haven’t decided on yet either. Any suggestions?

Looks awesome. I really like the wheels.
