I have a 2008 JKU, it has a hardtop that I bought secondhand, therefore I do not know what year it is. It only has drip rails on the freedom panels and over the rear doors, not over the rear side windows. I’d like to mount a rack directly to the back 2/3 of the hardtop for a kayak. Is it possible? What would be a weight limit? Is the roof “cored” like a fiberglass boat? Any leads on a manufacturer? TIA
