Major etc issue

I have a 2010 sahara unlimited it drove fine I parked it overnight get in it the next afternoon the check engine and the etc light turn on when I start it it barely runs then the abs esp light turn on so far I've replaced throttlebody pedal camshaft sensor and ecm and still get the same codes same result has anybody ever had this problem im at my whits end with it any idea will be appreciated

The ABS/ESP light won't prevent it from running, have you tried doing a battery reset?

I've tried everything checked battery alternator replaced everything the codes brought up to include the ecm its like the whole systems just locked up

Have you tried cleaning the battery clamps, terminals, and grounds? Broken or dirty grounds can cause alot of electrical issues on a 12 year old vehicle. I ran a ground strap from the battery neg to the alternator case when I first got my JK.

I haven't done the grounds yet ill try that
